Caribbean Sensation & Vegan Chef
Born in the island of Barbados, Taymer Mason grew up in a family of home cooks who taught her to make—and love!—traditional Caribbean cuisine. She became a vegan while attending the University of the West Indies Cave Hill, and after graduating, moved to France where she started veganizing old West Indian favorites.
Harlem's Comfort Food Queen
Melba Wilson is the owner of a growing culinary empire based in New York’s famed Harlem neighborhood. Her renowned restaurant, Melba’s, is a hot spot for celebrities, locals and tourists from around the world who crave unbeatable American comfort food. A winner on the FoodNetwork’s Throwdown w/ Bobby Flay, featured on The View, and appears regularly on television, most recently on CNBC’s reality show, Consumed.
New Orleans Celebrity Chef
Chef Kevin Belton has been teaching the foundation of Louisiana cooking to appreciative audiences. As an instructor at the New Orleans School of Cooking, Chef Kevin has introduced visitors from around the world to the food and culinary heritage of the region. Belton is recognized in 2017 as one of the top 30 Louisiana chefs by the American Culinary Federation, following in the footsteps of of Chef Paul Prudhomme, John Besh exploring the wide array of cultures that contributed to the distinctive food of New Orleans.
